General Provisions
- Access to ExitScam is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time without refund.
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this private software.
- By using our software, you agree that you are not affiliated with any anti-cheat organization or game developer.
Invite System (Tree Ban)
Our community integrity relies on trust. You are responsible for who you invite.
- Chain Responsibility: If a user you invited is banned for leaking or misconduct, YOU may also be banned.
- Selling invites is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate blacklist.
- Invite codes are generated based on your reputation/trust score.
Security & NDA
- Account Sharing: Strictly forbidden. Our HWID system locks your account to your specific hardware.
- Leaking: Attempting to crack, reverse engineer, or leak our loader/DLLs will result in an immediate ban and blacklist of your entire invite tree.
- You agree not to disclose any media, screenshots, or information about the private build to public forums.
Payments
- All payments are final. As this is digital software, no refunds are provided once a key is redeemed.
- Chargebacks will result in a permanent ban and IP blacklist.
- We primarily accept Crypto (USDT/TRX) for privacy.
